This committee reports to the Administrative Board and is responsible for the maintenance, repairs and improvements to the buildings and grounds of the church and the parsonage at One North Oak Street. It enacts maintenance contracts, and recommends capital improvements and capital repairs to the Administrative Board for those tasks or projects that are outside the scope or skills of the B&G Committee members.
